Sending an enquiry
We use your name, contact details and project description to respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements. Your message is delivered to our team by our transactional email provider, Brevo. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiry contents.
Keeping the form protected
Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent automated abuse. A short-lived, pseudonymous identifier and submission times help limit repeated requests. This rate-limit record does not contain your message or raw IP address. Our hosting and security services may process connection information to operate and protect the site.
Information you choose to send
If you email EneFrame, the details you include—such as your name, contact information and project description—will be received in our mailbox for responding to your enquiry. Please share only the information needed to discuss your project.
External services
Customer monitoring and VoltForge Tech open as external resources. Their own service and privacy arrangements apply. This brochure does not provide access to customer monitoring data.
Analytics and storage
This website does not include analytics or advertising trackers, and does not save enquiry contents in browser storage. Fonts and product images are served with the site.
